[Accrs-ho] Operating Rules

HO members,

At the Business meeting on Friday, the subject of the "Operating Rules" 
came up.  I have attached a copy of the proposed rules with all the 
input to date.   Items in "red" are from our last discussions whereas 
the yellow are from older proposals.
