Dean, I agree with that. Example...I have a couple friends coming downtonight that are members of the Crockett club that have their ownequipment (and I know it meets our standards as I’ve seen it run attheir club). So if I get permission from an officer to let them run, itwould be more exciting for them instead of just having to sit andwatch. And it would again be great PR for us.

How about this
 
 
Non-memberscanonlyrun with permission from a club officer, preferably the trainmaster. Non-memberscannotrun trains unless they aremonitored by a regular member.  If the non-member is in thejuniormember category, they may be monitored by a regular member or qualifiedjunior member.  Non-members cannot run the dispatch panel 
 
 
 
Visitingmembers,from other clubs, may be allowed torun their equipment, if in the opinion a club officer, preferably thetrainmaster, it meets the club standards. 
 
  
 
 Other visitors musthave their equipment fully evaluated by a club officer,preferably the trainmaster, prior to placing it on the layout.
