[Accrs-ho] Updates to Rules of Operation

Dean, I agree with that. Example...I have a couple friends coming down tonight that are members of the Crockett club that have their own equipment (and I know it meets our standards as I’ve seen it run at their club). So if I get permission from an officer to let them run, it would be more exciting for them instead of just having to sit and watch. And it would again be great PR for us.
