[Accrs-ho] Operating rules

[ACCRS HO Scale]

Hello Andy K Train Master 
My two cents about having a cleaning car in a consist is a matter I don't want to have casted in stone in our operating rules
I enjoy my freight consists as they are matched with my chosen engines to pull
my vote is against cleaning cars during open house operations for example the good guys shows and yes the fair schedule weeks in june and july 
so I am opposed to making it mandatory to have any cleaning car on your train    thank you gary barbano
