 You are definently right here.  Paticularly on the rules.   I have seen too many instances where thecontrollers were not being properly handled.

We need more      hand held controllers.       Plus we need to have betterrules/regulation to ensure people are taking care for these items. Or, perhaps, require everyone to bring their own controllers.
    
We needspare command station and booster at a minimum.
    
We need tohave a spare power supply that powers the command station and booster
