Here is the latest revision of the proposed rules.   Areas in yellowhave been modified from earlier versions.

The draft of proposed operating rules was sentout before the fair.  We didn’t have time at the last business meetingto discuss.  I will not be able to attend the October business meetingdue to my wife’s birthday.  Jere will fill in for me.  However, Jereand I agree that we should have a separate meeting just to discuss thedraft.  At this point I suggest we all review them again, make notes,forward to Jere and I, and then we have a meeting on the 13thof October which is the second Friday.  I’m going to be out of townuntil the 5th and may not be getting e-mails.
