[Accrs-ho] Proposed Rules - Friday's meeting

[ACCRS HO Scale]

Very productive evening discussing club operation on the HO side.  Many 
suggestions and discussions.   Below is a list of most of the items we 
discussed.  These items should be covered in the rules book.



Train Length - for shows / Fair   As long as track 9?  or????

Don't set up in front, use hidden.

Don't clean engines out front???  Don't put equipment on top of the main 
control panel.

Pull problem cars if they act up 3 times.

Test your train and locos prior to a show or Fair.  Do we want to set a 
minimum limit on #of cars in a train?

Perhaps a sign-up sheet for priority in operating the panel or running 
trains during shows or fair.

Communication between Hidden and control panel is needed.  Fix phones???

How to check equipment for standards and mark each car and/or loco in 
someway when they meet the standards.  Who will be the "car clerk" that 
does this?

Assigning consist numbers using your assigned two digits.

Yorg was going to take a stab at writing/rewriting Operating Rule 4.0 
regarding visitors and/or non members running trains and some of the 
newest proposed wording in Rule 5,0
