[Accrs-ho] Road re-habilitation

You approved my project to rehab the road at the south end of Oildale.   
I got my April issue of Model Railroader a day or two ago.  This is 
their 1,000th issue.

On page 84 there is an article of how to "Build a modern grade 
crossing".   This is just right for timing.   I will be using the 
concrete panels for my rail crossing.   Hopefully we could build a set 
of signals like shown in the article.   I already ordered the kits for 
the crossing, a  BLMA product.
