This is Lee. I won't be able to make my Friday commitment, as a family emergency has come up. My wife broke her right ankle on Sunday, the 4th. It the leg that she had cancer on, and with her diabetes, neuropthity from the operation, and radiation on it the bones are bad. What has caused a problem is that she now has a sore on the ankle that has gotten infected, and she has a blood clot in her thigh that is preventing blood flow to the sore. She's currently in Alameda Hospital, and will be transferred to San Leandro Hospital tomorrow to have either one of two procedures performed, not sure which to restore the blood flow. Depending on how things go, I'm intending on keeping my other commitments. If you don't hear from me, I will be there. I did sign up for the first shift on the desk on Friday, so someone will have to fill in for me.
Sorry.

Folks,
Fair sign ups are looking good with a few exceptions. The first is next Sunday, which is Father’s day. If at all possible, we do need some help on that day. Please review the rest of the attachment for “thin” shifts which you can work. There are still a lot of member names not showing up on the list. Helping at the fair is one of the few requirements of membership. If you can work the “thin” shifts, that’s where we need you. Don’t pile on the shifts already well covered. Please let me know when you can work via e-mail so I can update the template. In the meantime, I will be posting it in the tower on Friday morning. Thanks in advance for your assistance. BTW, I changed the last Friday of the Fair to DCC.
Gary
