[Accrs-ho] Proto 2000 Locomotive Survey

I have several Proto 2000 GP9 units. A couple have the old DCC decoders (which seem to work fine), but I am interested in converting the others.

The existing headlights seem to work fine, but I'd like to know about an LED conversion.
