Hi deanI bought 2 of the Walthers  dash 8 engines and sent one back because it was not able to move and slipping internally.There is only a 30 day return policy on them. Chad has the same problem with one of his. So some of those engines have problems. I don't know if they were a good deal or not. The sound system is good but not very loud.I turned it up but it crackled a little.
