[Accrs-ho] Roof leak

Some of you may know we have a roof leak near the back entrance to the
locker room.  Most of it drips on the floor but some water is dripping on
the track work going under the city.  However, I used some press pins and a
thin sheet of plastic to go over the track from the city level so the drips
will hit the plastic on run off onto the floor.  Before running anything, I
suggest you check for clearance at that area.  The plastic sheet may snag
your choo choo. 

 

I've also contacted the fair maintenance folks about the leak since there is
a 10-year warranty on the materials and installation.  Since they did the
installation after being trained by the supplier, they (the fair) will be
the ones to repair it.  They believe they still have the leftover materials.
Seriously, nothing can be done until the rain stops and things dry out a
bit.  Same drill happened when they did the roof several years ago.
