Folks,
We’re ready for the Great Train Show tomorrow and Sunday.  We have pretty good coverage on Saturday, but Sunday we have one in the morning and two in the afternoon.  That’s definitely not sufficient staffing.  Remember, this is a “train” show and we are being paid $100 by the organizer of the show to be open and operating both days.  Let’s not jeopardize this arrangement by not doing our part.  Please let me know if you can help out on Sunday.  Thanks.

On another note, during the Good Guys show, we had problems with the switch under the high bridge coming out of Jamestown right before the snow shed.  Today, Jere and I replaced the switch and replaced the fiddley linkage with a straight steel wire.  That’s the way the switch machines are designed to work and it works great.
