[Accrs-ho] Centerline Track Cleaner

HO members,

The other day, when cleaning up some stuff, I found our HO "Center Line 
track Cleaner".

It need some repair as one truck was broken.   I repaired it and it 
seems to be fine.

The one items we might need is the cleaning cloth that wraps around the 
roller.  Do we have any of the wraps?

Can we use something different.   It has been awhile since we used the 
car.   It would be nice to get it back in service with a cleaning solution.
