[Accrs-ho] Interurban Dual-Mode

Gary Barbano asked me last week if it's possible to run analog on the
interurban while the layout is in DCC. As many of you know there's a master
switch that sets the layout to one or the other which prevents us from dual
mode.

So I thought about it... and since the interurban is electrically isolated
there's no reason why we can't do that.

While Renee was doing the wall I wired up a simple dual mode option for the
interurban. There's a power pack next to the interurban switch panel now.
As always, If the layout is DCC, all blocks will be set to the blue button.
Just set the interurban blocks to ANY of the analog buttons- white, red,
brown, etc, and this power pack will work. It's just that easy.

If you mess up and cross over the DCC with the analog it doesn't appear to
damage anything according to my tests, the trains on the interurban will
just not run. Mainline is not affected at all.

We'll see how it goes.
