We'll have to check on the paint question.  As far as the rat problem, cleaning up everywhere in the building will help.  There are a of places for rats to live in all the crap we have under the layout, under the stairs, you name it.  We probably won't get everything cleaned up but what's visible to the public has priority.  I'm going to be there on Saturday from about 8:30-noon.  I'll also be there later this afternoon into the evening.
