[Accrs-ho] The fair schedule

Folks,

I've attached the fair signup sheet as it stood last night.  The trainmaster
is feeling better but we still have some thin shifts, especially on Sunday
the 19th which is Father's day.  This is the first year we've had to deal
with this since the fair has never run before on that day.  Joel is going to
be stretched thin that day unless a couple others can help.  Thanks to those
who have already signed up.  Ed, can you put the signup sheets on the web
site so others can sign up there?  

 

A couple issues came up last night and it's probably too late to get them
resolved before the fair.  We also don't want a bunch of wailing and
screaming to start.  The wood storage cabinets Seth built are completely
full and all drawers are locked.  One cabinet is Seth's while the other two
are the clubs.  Those were to be used for show storage and not long term
supplemental storage to your lockers.  If you are storing your stuff in them
all the time and not just for shows, no one else will ever be able to use
them for the shows.  We used to have a signup sheet before shows for their
use and we were to empty them out within a few days or so after the shows.
It doesn't look like that is happening.  If you are not going to run during
the fair can you please empty out your drawer so that others can use it?  

 

After the fair we need to revisit the locker assignment  situation.  BTW,
last night there was an open locker across from the door into the dispatch
room with a bunch on pretty good locomotives and a few cars basically just
piled on top of each other.  We straightened up the pile so that further
damage would not occur and locked the locker with the lock that hanging on
it.  I believe the owner knows who they are.
