[Accrs-ho] Missing Parts From Your Locomotive?

[ACCRS HO Scale]

Hey Folks,  I found these parts in the hidden yard area.  One looks like locomotive end handrails,  blue in color, but I don't recognize what railroad that matches were lying on the track.  The other looks like railing and air release from a caboose?  Brass model perhaps?
They are laying in the area of the cleaning cars.
