[Accrs-ho] Blue Box and decoders

Hi Dean:

I would be interested in such a clinic as I have a ton of blue box locomotives.  However, I'm having surgery on my left hip on the ninth of January, and would miss it.  I will be at the January meeting which is the Friday before the surgery as I want to be able to vote on the thunder, and lightening unit. I'll most likely will miss the February, and March meetings, and the time in between.  I'm looking to be good to go for the April meeting, and really good to go by the time of the fair.
