Regarding what Ed said about being able to interchange cutouts... that is a
valid point I hadn't considered.
Also what Tony brings up about us getting booted out of the building is a
possibility to consider. Seems there's a lot of buildings around ours
disappearing.
As to doing it myself, I can do many things, but a painting of this scale
and detail might be a bit outside my skillset.

However as an alternate option that I think meets these concerns, if I get
help from my friend Renee I think we can at least match that dark blue with
the stars. After that we could make some removable panels with a city
skyline on them with print outs. Not sure how it would look, but I imagine
it would be nicer than what we got.
