I would like to see a sketch or small drawing of what the mural would like prior to authorizing any thing. I appreciate Joel's effort here.

Here's some quotes I gathered from local artists for mural painting the eastern (inside) wall of the building. Could be done by fair if approved, most quote three days of work. It's a bit of cash but I think it would be worth it. Easiest project we could undertake for the greatest visual impact.
