Hi Joel,  what concept, image or idea was suggested to the artist?  Is there a draft/proposal of what the goal is?
Is that one quote correct - $4,000 per hour?

Hello all in HO,

Here's some quotes I gathered from local artists for mural painting the
eastern (inside) wall of the building. Could be done by fair if approved,
most quote three days of work. It's a bit of cash but I think it would be
worth it. Easiest project we could undertake for the greatest visual impact.
