[Accrs-ho] Fair Operating schedule

This is almost the same as what I did last year except I alternated modes
on weekends both days at a time.

It seems there's always people unhappy or that would prefer a different
mode on certain days. I think with so many of us and our schedules so
different, it's never going to please everyone.

Perhaps a project we want to discuss is isolating some areas like
interurban and/or the reverse loop and/or adding some track to isolate
passenger from freight?
