[Accrs-ho] Fair matrix

First you do not need to answer, you already have.
Next, the Fri is for a person that can only work Fri.
The idea is if you can work weekdays, is it morning, mid-day and/or
evening. Then the same for weekends.
Sorry for the confusion, it's all perfectly clear in my head.
