[Accrs-ho] Fair Schedule Matrix

All,

 

I have compiled this chart from people's responses that I received so far. I
emailed those I have not heard from yet and asked they respond as quickly as
possible. FYI, I remove the names from this chart as to keep members
responses private. Also, they are not in alphabetical order so members can't
guess.

 

In the meantime though, as I have explained in the past, it seems that we
are pretty even in styles, times of the day and days of the week from either
dual capability and/or members availability. If anything so far, if we had
to, we could have more DC days/shifts possible due to members availability
and/or dual capable inventory.

 

However, as I said I am expecting some responses from quite a few members
that could either even that out or maybe even push it more towards DC.

 

BTW, don't let this chart fool you. A lot of the responses I received
mentioned certain days of the week, weeks of the fair and/or clumps of days
and or slots all back to back. In other words, I think we will have many
days and or back to back time slots we will be short on membership and/or
have no membership availability. I realize that your schedules may not be as
flexible as our schedule requires but please, please try to avoid signing up
for time slots that already have 5 plus signups when there are many with few
or even none. In other words, it does not work well for our club whom has
made a promise to the fair, nor our board for which each of you has made a
promise to, to have half of the shifts full or even overflowing and the
other half with few or even no members sign up. Also the 4th tends to be
very slim and it is the busiest day of the fair, or at least one of them.
