We’ve been busy and out of contact since our last meeting in June except for fair and bbq items. The Good Guys show is this coming weekend. Traditionally we are open for at least this show. I need to know who is available AND willing to sign-up to work. I’ve included the schedule but I NEED AN ADEQUOTE RESPONSE FOR VOLUNTEERS BY TUESDAY  to decide if we will be able to be open. O scale is working on their own schedule but is in a similar situation.
