<div>My views on the success of this open house are mixed.  As a money-raiser, it was a bust.  We took in less than $100 over two days and the $ per head was less than the County Fair.  The recent Good Guys show had twice as many visitors and four times as much donations  However, the club members seemed to be having a good time.  At one point I counted six trains running on the HO side on Saturday.  The weather was comfortable.</div>

<div>Clearly, our location relative to the event activities was as bad as it could be.  The area occupied by the event was shaped like a mirror image of Florida and we were at the end of the panhandle.  </div>
