</div>
<div>Attached is the latest letter from the Franchise Tax Board (FTB), granting us a "Certificate of Revivor". No, I haven't seen that word before and my spellcheck hasn't either. Essentially, the letter says that ACCRS is now in good standing with the FTB and our suspension is relieved.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The letter brings several surprises and questions. Whether we were granted restoration of good standing, I anticipated further instructions of what to do in the future to remain in good standing; such as annual forms to file, financial thresholds to be aware of. I am also befuddled (at my age this happens too often) by the addressee of the various letters. I received the first and this last letter, but the intermediary correspondence went to Marc Stearman. Frankly, all the letters should have gone to Marc.</div>
<div><br>
</div>
<div>The bottom line is, I believe we should make one more call to the FTB to ascertain what if any forms need to be filed in the future. I know, that seems like poking a sleeping bear. but we need to know more than we do about maintaining our status. Also, there may be IRS form(s) to file. Ignorance is not bliss.</div>
