I went down to the club this afternoon (4:00) to check on the swamp cooler water supply.  Water is on for the west side of the building (O scale side), but no water on the east side.  The water line is connected and the ball valve is on, but no water arrives at the swamp coolers.  I made this known to the maintenance department.  Apparently Rich Sims told Phil at 3pm today that the water was connected, but he was wrong.  Also, I was informed that the vendor tent people will arrive tomorrow, so that may make final water system adjustments challenging on the east side.
The central exhaust fan is still dismantled.  Robert Lopez took on the task of ordering a new motor for it to replace the dead one.  However, I have not heard from him since May 20 when he texted me that he had found the appropriate motor for $100.  I have texted and called his cell phone this week, but no response.  Returning that exhaust fan to operation is critical to maintaining a comfortable environment.  Dick Stark, do you have any connection with Robert.  
I am going out of town (LA),tomorrow and will be back Sunday night.  So, I intend to come down to the club Monday morning to do whatever I can to finish the work on the swamp coolers.  If anyone can reach Robert, I will do what is necessary to finish the work on the exhaust fan.
