[ACCRS exec board]

Jamie,

 

I requested access for you to our Godaddy account. You should have already
received an email prior to this email. If you did not and/or do not, let me
know.

 

Please create new or makes changes to existing but DO NOT publish anything
yet until the board has had a chance to review it AND approve it. If you
have trouble doing this with the built in product let me know.

 

If you are going to use your own product/s to create a website, then please
do not until we discuss it with the board. The current site was voted on to
use the built-in tools and templates so that anyone in the future could
modify or even rebuild as needed and the club did not suffer having to wait
for someone familiar with the product used and/or who had the product to
modify it to be able to make changes.

 

Also please DOWNLOAD A COPY of the existing site before you start making
changes. If you have trouble with this, please do not skip it or proceed
with changes because it didn't work and we're changing it anyway.
