[Accrs-execs] ACCRS Railroad Picnic

Dominique,

Now that the Fair is over, and things are slowing down,  it is that time 
of the year for our annual picnic for our club members.  Last year you 
processed our order for 10 tables and 36 chairs.  Order 44961.  This 
year our BBQ/picnic will be on Friday night (our regular meeting night) 
August 4, 2017.

We need to order_* 11*_ tables and 36 chairs.   This is one more table 
than last year.  Please let us know when our invoice is ready and we 
will submit a check to cover the cost.   The tables and chairs should be 
placed near our door no later than 3:00 pm.
