[Accrs-execs] Buisness Meeting tomorrow night

Although I would prefer rescheduling the meeting, the bylaws require a ten day notice of such. Therefore, due to my inattention to the calendar, we must proceed with a meeting tonight. I will not be there tonight due to church services and Marc is out of town. I don't recall a succession of officers in the bylaws to conduct the meeting, so I would suggest the Secretary and Treasurer flip a coin for that task. On the other hand, if the attendance is less than ten voting members (not including junior members), there is no quorum and no business may be performed.

Today is Good Friday, Sunday is Easter. We probably would have a small turnout this evening. Why don't we reschedule until next week.

No, I'm on vacation since the kids are out for spring break. I was going to email you this morning. Is it too late to reschedule for next week? I know Joel is out today too.

Hi Marc,
I will not be able to attend tomorrows meeting. Will you be able to run the meeting?
